PROJECT: MUSIC HEALS US—founded by Molly Carr—inaugurated the Solera Quartet’s week long musical immersion at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution featuring daily interactive sessions on the life and work of Beethoven and a creative composers’ workshop.

“In 2016 The Soleras were invited to play in a state prison. The audience that day was the most emotionally engaged and focused audience we had ever encountered. That experience sparked our passion to bring thoughtful quartet concerts into incarcerated communities throughout the country.” —The Soleras
